China's State Council appoints, removes officials

China's State Council on Monday announced the appointment and removal of several officials.

Jin Minqing was appointed the head of the Institute of Contemporary China Studies.

Yang Youbin was removed from the post of vice minister of veterans affairs. Li Junjie is no longer deputy head of the National Immigration Administration.
