Harbin clears all areas with medium and high COVID-19 infection risks

 

People have fun in the Xiangjiang Park in Harbin City of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, Feb. 18, 2021. Yutian sub-district of the Limin development zone and Jianshelu sub-district of Hulan District, both in Harbin, have been downgraded to areas of low COVID-19 infection risk on Thursday.
