The AVIC XAC Commercial Aircraft Co. Ltd. has delivered its first MA600F cargo aircraft to a customer in Guangdong Province, bringing a new member to the Modern Ark (MA) regional airplane family.

According to the Aviation Industry Corporation of China (AVIC), the first customer of the MA600F is China Air Cargo Co. Ltd., headquartered in Guangzhou. Based in Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, the company provides domestic and international air cargo and postal services as well as charter flights.

The main aircraft from the MA series now include a turboprop feeder aircraft, civil cargo aircraft and multi-purpose aircraft for artificial rain-making, remote sensing and emergency medical service.

More than 100 planes from the MA series have been delivered so far with customers from 18 countries in four continents. The aircraft is currently operating on almost 300 routes, transporting more than 12 million passengers.

As of last November, the MA700 turboprop regional aircraft, an upgraded version with high speed and adaptability, has received 285 intended orders from 11 customers at home and abroad.
