The second Belt and Road Forum for International Cooperation will be held in Beijing on April 25-27. Six years since it was proposed, the Belt and Road Initiative has created enormous opportunities for cooperation among countries. Yet it also faces some difficulties and challenges. How to deal with the questioning and challenges is the problem to be solved for further development of the Belt and Road Initiative.
