Cosmetic Group L'Oreal and Lesaffre Group, a French yeast manufacturer, have also confirmed their participation.

According to CIIE bureau, 69 French companies participated in the first CIIE in 2018 with products and services in aviation, pharmaceuticals, agriculture and food, manufacturing and cosmetics sectors, signing deals totaling about 1.55 billion U.S. dollars.

Over 800 companies from more than 70 countries and regions have signed up for the event to be held in Shanghai in November, it said.
