Photo exhibition on China's opening up held in New York

NEW YORK, May 31 (Xinhua) -- A photo exhibition on China's opening up has attracted hundreds of visitors in New York City during the past week.

The exhibition, with more than 50 photographs showing the changes China has made in the past four decades, has been held at the Confucius Plaza in Manhattan's Chinatown and Queens Library Flushing Branch in the past week.

It will move to Brooklyn Borough Hall on June 8, Lin Zexu Square on June 10, and the New York Gallery of Chinese Art on June 11, 12 and 13.

The exhibition was hosted by the New York-based United Federation of Chinese Associations in the Eastern United States and China News Service in commemoration of the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening up. Enditem
