ADDIS ABABA, May 31 (Xinhua) -- The following are news highlights in Ethiopia's major media outlets on Thursday.

-- Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed of Ethiopia on Wednesday received South Sudanese President Salva Kiir at his office.

-- The national political parties of Ethiopia on Wednesday held a pre-dialogue discussion on national consensus.
