Indian markets open higher

MUMBAI, May 24 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets opened higher Thursday, partly led by short covering as the market lost ground in previous session.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex opened at 34,438.07, 93.16 point or 0.3 percent up compared to its previous close at 34,344.91. Enditem
