Wang Yang (3rd L), member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), convenes a symposium at Labrang Monastery in Xiahe County in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, northwest China's Gansu Province, May 22, 2018.
