DUBAI, May 23 (Xinhua) -- The General Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA) of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) on Wednesday denied circulated reports about a hijacking incident of a UAE budget carrier flydubai plane in Iranian airspace, UAE state news agency WAM reported.

The flydubai flight No. FZ301, which was heading from its home airport Dubai to Kabul, Afghanistan, returned to Dubai and all the passengers resumed their flight that left Dubai International Airport at 8:31 a.m. local time, WAM quoted Saif Al-Suwaidi, director general of the GCAA, as saying.
