Chinese shares open mixed Tuesday

BEIJING, May 8 (Xinhua) -- Chinese stocks opened mixed on Tuesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index down 0.04 percent to open at 3,135.3 points.

The Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.05 percent higher at 10,632.11 points. Enditem
