BERLIN, May 7 (Xinhua) -- At least two people were killed and several others injured as two trains collided with each other Monday night in southern Germany, according to local media.

At the station in Aichach in Bavaria, a freight train and a passenger train collided with each other, the local Focus Online quoted a police spokesman as saying.

According to the regional newspaper Augsburger Allgemeine, about ten more people were injured in the collision, including two seriously injured.

Police are currently on the site, and many ambulances were also sent to the site. Enditem
