Milorad Mazic to referee UEFA Champions League final

KIEV, May 7 (Xinhua) -- Serbian referee Milorad Mazic will referee the UEFA Champions League final match in Kiev this month, the UEFA announced on Monday in a statement.

Mazic will be joined by Serbian assistants Milovan Ristic and Dalibor Djurdjevic. The fourth official of the match will be Clement Turpin from France.

The 45-year-old Mazic, who has been an international referee since 2009, has overseen four Champions League matches and two UEFA Europe League games this season.

On May 26, the Olympic stadium in Kiev will host the 2018 UEFA Champions League final between Real Madrid and Liverpool.

The Ukrainian capital was granted the right to host the UEFA Champions League final in September 2016. Enditem
