NAIROBI, May 6 (Xinhua) -- The following are the news highlights in Kenyan media outlets on Sunday.

-- Opposition leader Raila Odinga has summoned his party's top organ to a meeting set for Tuesday to rally support for radical proposals to restructure the Executive.

The meeting, to take place in Naivasha, will focus on pushing for the reintroduction of the parliamentary system of government and a three-tier devolved structure that could lead to creation of 14 regional governments. (Sunday Nation)
