ABUJA -- Four bombers and three locals died following multiple suicide blasts early Friday in Nigeria's northeastern state of Borno, local police said.

GAZA -- More than 1,000 Palestinians were injured Friday in daylong fierce clashes between hundreds of Palestinian demonstrators and Israeli soldiers stationed on the border between eastern Gaza Strip and Israel, medics said.
