NAIROBI, May 2 (Xinhua) -- Hull City FC are looking forward to playing Gor Mahia FC of Kenya on May 13 in Nairobi after the domestic league champions punched the ticket to face the English Football League (EFL) Championship side on Tuesday.

In a recorded video message to Gor, English forward, Jarrod Bowen who was watching the Kenyan giants take on arch rivals AFC Leopards SC in a derby dubbed the Hull City Challenge from Hull said he was relishing the prospect of playing against the record domestic title winners.

"Congratulations to Gor Mahia on your win today (Tuesday). We look forward to our match on May 13 at Kasarani Stadium against you, hongera sana (many congratulations)," the forward said in a message posted on Twitter after the showdown that went down at Afraha Stadium in Nakuru.

Gor claimed the ticket to play Hull following a 5-4 penalty shootout win over their rivals after the two clubs sweated to a barren stalemate in regulation time.

It will be the second time for Kerr to manage his side against English opposition following their narrow 1-2 defeat to EPL side, Everton FC last July in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanzania in his first game in charge at the club since replacing former Brazilian international Jose Marcelo 'Ze Maria' Ferreira.
