Indian markets close flat

MUMBAI, May 2 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets closed flat Wednesday.

The market remained rangebound amid March quarter earnings reports, and ahead of Federal Reserve meeting outcome tonight.

Metals, technology stocks and ICICI Bank were under pressure while HDFC twins, ITC and Reliance Industries continued to support the market.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 35,176.42, 16.06 point or 0.05 percent up compared to its previous close at 35,160.36. Enditem
