ADDIS ABABA, May 2 (Xinhua) -- The following are news highlights in Ethiopia's major media outlets on Wednesday.

-- The Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) is a showcase of Ethiopians determination to accomplish the ongoing development through a strengthened unity, Prime Minister Abiy Ahimed said.

-- Prime Minister Dr Abiy Ahmed will pay a working visit to Sudan on Wednesday and Thursday, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ethiopia (MoFA).
