U.S. policies deprive Iran of economic benefits of nuke deal: official

Xinhua,April 30, 2018 Adjust font size:

TEHRAN, April 29 (Xinhua) -- Governor of the Central Bank of Iran (CBI) Valiollah Seif said that U.S. stance against Iran has deprived Iran of the economic benefits of the international nuclear deal, Tasnim news agency reported on Sunday.

The obstructive policies of Washington have prevented Tehran from gaining "economic benefits" of the 2015 nuclear agreement between Tehran and the P5+1 (Russia, China, the United States, Britain, France and Germany), said Seif.

European banks have failed to create appropriate links with Iran for fear of the United States, Seif was quoted as saying.

The Iranian official expressed hope that with the help of European governments the problems will be solved. Enditem
