Changchun beat Shanghai for three-game winning streak in CSL

CHANGCHUN, April 29 (Xinhua) -- Changchun Yatai beat Shanghai SIPG 2-1 on home turf, extending their winning streak to three in the eighth round of the Chinese Super League (CSL) on Sunday.

Changchun broke the deadlock in the 14th minute when forward Odion Ighalo dribbled the ball near the penalty area to score.

In the 41st minute, SIPG striker Wu Lei collected Hulk's cross and fired the ball into the net to level the score.

Ighalo scored the winner for home side to retake the lead 2-1 in the second half. In the 74th minute, Hulk missed a penalty kick and Shanghai SIPG lost the chance to pull off a draw. Enditem
