Iran's zinc exports reach 386 million USD

TEHRAN, April 28 (Xinhua) -- Iran's zinc exports during the past Iranian calendar year, from March 2017 to March 2018, reached 181,097 tons valued at 386 million U.S. dollars, Financial Tribune reported on Saturday.

Iran's zinc exports dropped by 4.9 percent in tonnage but grew 46.9 percent in value year on year, the reports said.

Turkey was Iran's top export destination with 223.6 million dollars of total shipments, followed by India with 42.8 million dollars, China with 19 million dollars, and Afghanistan with 17.9 million dollars.

South Korea, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Indonesia, Pakistan and Qatar were among other importers. Enditem
