Iran condemns Kabul terrorist blast

TEHRAN, April 22 (Xinhua) -- Iranian Foreign Ministry condemned the deadly terror attack in Afghanistan's capital Kabul on Sunday, which killed dozens of people.

Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qasemi described the attack as the "criminal" act.

Qasemi extended condolence to the Afghan nation, government and the families of the victims.

He called for international collective measures to uproot terrorism in all forms.

Up to 36 people were killed and 60 others injured as militants targeted election-related activities for the upcoming elections in Kabul and its suburbs on Sunday. Enditem
