NEW YORK, April 21 (Xinhua) -- An earthquake measuring 5.8 on the Richter scale jolted Western Indian-Antarctic Ridge, the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) said on Saturday.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 48.9234 degrees south latitude and 123.6105 degrees east longitude. Enditem
