NAIROBI, April 19 (Xinhua) -- Kenyan Premier League Champions Gor Mahia are looking forward to the CAF Confederations Cup draw on Saturday.

Gor Mahia coach Dylan Kerr, sighed with relief after his side withstood a late challenge from their hosts SuperSport United to scrape through courtesy of the away goals rule after a 2-1 loss in Pretoria.

Gor Mahia won the first leg 1-0. An own goal by Gor captain Harun Shakava put SuperSport ahead a few minutes into the second half, but Francis Kahata scored the crucial away goal.

Thabo Mnyamane gave SuperSport United some hope with a 68th minute goal, but Gor did just enough to hold out for the result.

"I am really excited and happy for what this group of players have achieved. We have made it for Gor Mahia, we have made it for Kenyan football," head coach Dylan Kerr said on Thursday. Enditem
