NAIROBI, April 18 (Xinhua) -- The following are the news highlights in Kenyan media outlets on Wednesday.

-- The Great Rift Valley lodge was the unlikely setting last Friday for what could pass as the proverbial night of long knives for the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC). The Procurement Oversight Authority, backed by the Treasury, had organized a two-day procurement seminar for the electoral agency staff, including its six commissioners. (Daily Nation)
