China encourages multinationals to set up headquarters in Hainan

BEIJING, April 14 (Xinhua) -- China is encouraging multinational companies to set up international and regional headquarters in the southern province of Hainan, according to a document unveiled Saturday.

The document on supporting Hainan's efforts to deepen reform and opening up was jointly released by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council. Enditem
