JINAN, April 8 (Xinhua) -- Beijing Renhe suffered a 2-0 loss for their first home match to the visiting side Shanghai Shenhua with Oscar Romero and Giovanni Moreno on the scoresheet in the Chinese Super League Sunday night.

Renhe had a better ball possession and more shots, but failed to deliver a goal in first half for home fans, as they missed several chances. Paraguayan Romero ensured Shenhua went into half-time with a one-goal lead when he struck from the penalty spot five minutes before the interval.

Olivio da Rosa of Renhe could have pulled one back if not hitting the post in 48th minute. Colombian Moreno added a second with four minutes left to seal the win.

In other three games, Guangzhou Evergrande beat Shandong 1-0. Guizhou Hengfeng lost 1-0 to Quanjian. Shanghai SIPG routed Henan Jianye 2-1. Enditem
