-- As Kenyans voted and waited for results in the country's longest elections last year, one of the presidential candidates Cyrus Jirongo was in the middle of a mouthwatering business deal. -- Top university union officials are now facing the sack as crackdown on staff in public universities looms. From Monday, public universities will rollout elaborate disciplinary measures on staff who fail to resume duty, including firing some of them. (Standard on Sunday)
