CAIRO -- An Egyptian court suspended on Saturday a ban on Uber and Careem ridesharing companies until their appeal is determined by a higher court.
On March 20, Cairo's administrative court ruled to ban the taxi services of the two companies and stop their online applications, but Saturday's order by a Cairo court of urgent matters suspended the former ruling and allows Uber and Careem to continue operation until their appeal is determined by the Higher Administrative Court. TEHRAN -- The long-delayed project to swap Iraq's Kirkuk crude oil with Iran is expected to be launched later this month, Financial Tribune daily reported on Saturday.
Hamid Hosseini, the secretary-general of Iran-Iraq Chamber of Commerce, said that during Iran's First Vice President Eshaq Jahangiri's recent visit to Baghdad, Iraq asserted that it is committed to the bilateral agreements, including laying a pipeline for swapping Kirkuk oil and importing natural gas from Iran. TRIPOLI -- Libya's criminal investigation department on Saturday found the remains of three children who were kidnapped by the largest armed gang in the western Libya more than two years ago.
The children, who came from the family of Al-Shershari, a Libyan businessman, were found killed in Abu Issa area between Sorman and Al-Zawiya in western Libya after they were abducted for ransom in December 2015. (Libya-Gang-Kidnapping)

JERUSALEM -- The Israeli army on Saturday denied deliberately targeting a Palestinian journalist who was shot dead while covering mass protests on Friday near the border between the southern Gaza Strip and Israel.
