Indian markets close higher

MUMBAI, April 5 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets closed much higher Thursday. The market extended rally after the RBI kept policy rates unchanged and cut inflation forecast.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex closed at 33,596.80, 577.73 point or 1.75 percent up compared to its previous close at 33,019.07. Enditem
