Indian markets open flat

MUMBAI, April 3 (Xinhua) -- Indian markets opened flat Tuesday. PSU banks are outperforming all sectors after the RBI said on Monday that lenders could spread bond trading losses over four quarters.

The benchmark S&P BSE Sensex opened at 33,237.44, up 17.92 point, or 0.05 percent, compared to its previous close at 33,255.36. Enditem
