Man arrested after decomposing body found in his apartment

OTTAWA, April 2 (Xinhua) -- A man has been arrested in Montreal, Canada after an apartment janitor found a decomposing woman body in his apartment, according to the CTV Monday

Police said the body is so badly decomposed and can't be identified.
