KUWAIT CITY -- Kuwait has condemned Israel's brutal attacks on the unarmed Palestinian demonstrators in the occupied territory, the Kuwait News Agency reported on Saturday.

Kuwait has followed up with the sorrow reports of Israel's brutal attacks on the Palestinian demonstrators, which are in defiance of international resolutions and violation of all international norms, an official source at the Foreign Ministry of Kuwait was quoted as saying. (Kuwait-Israel-Attack)

KANDAHAR -- Three soldiers were injured as a roadside bomb struck an Afghan army vehicle in Kandahar city the capital of southern Kandahar province on Saturday, spokesman for provincial government Qudratuallah Khoshbakht said.

"A roadside bomb organized by terrorists struck a vehicle of national army at 5th precinct of Kandahar city today morning injuring three soldiers," Khoshbakht told Xinhua. (Afghan-Bomb-Accident)

NEW DELHI -- At least nine people were killed in rain related incidents in India's eastern state of Bihar and southern state of Andhra Pradesh, officials said Saturday.

"Five people were killed in hailstorm which lashed northeast of Bihar," a disaster management official in Patna of Bihar said. "The hailstorm coupled with rain also damaged crops in affected districts." (India-Hailstorm-Death)
