KANDAHAR, Afghanistan, March 31 (Xinhua) -- Three soldiers were injured as a roadside bomb struck an Afghan army vehicle in Kandahar city the capital of southern Kandahar province on Saturday, spokesman for provincial government Qudratuallah Khoshbakht said.

"A roadside bomb organized by terrorists struck a vehicle of national army at 5th precinct of Kandahar city today morning injuring three soldiers," Khoshbakht told Xinhua.

Without providing more details, the official said that investigation is underway. Enditem
