Ukrainian leaders express sorrow over Russian mall fire deaths

KIEV, March 28 (Xinhua) -- Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister Volodymyr Groysman on Wednesday expressed their condolences over the death of 64 people in a blaze at a Russian mall.

"It is particularly unfair when children lose their lives," Poroshenko was quoted as saying by his press service.

The fire, one of the deadliest in Russia in recent years, devastated the Winter Cherry shopping mall in downtown Siberian city of Kemerovo Sunday. The victims included 41 children. Enditem
