CAPE TOWN, March 28 (Xinhua) -- The following are top news items in South African major media outlets on Wednesday.

-- Former communications minister Faith Muthambi "must go to prison". African National Congress MP Lerumo Kalako and Democratic Alliance MP Phumzile van Damme agreed on this, but not on whether the Portfolio Committee on Communications should have an inquiry about Muthambi's maligned tenure as communications minister.
