Dollar trades in mid-105 yen range in early trade in Tokyo

TOKYO, March 27 (Xinhua) -- The U.S. dollar changed hands in the mid-105 yen range in early deals in Tokyo on Tuesday, marginally higher than its overnight levels in New York.

As markets opened here, the dollar was quoted at 105.53-55 yen compared with 105.35-45 yen in New York and 105.06-07 yen at 5 p.m. on Monday in Tokyo.

The euro, meanwhile, fetched 1.2455-2456 dollars and 131.44-47 yen against 1.2436-2446 dollars and 131.22-32 yen in New York and 1.2382-2383 dollars and 130.09-13 yen in late Monday afternoon trade in Tokyo. Enditem
