LUSAKA, March 26 (Xinhua) -- The following are news highlights in Zambia's major media outlets on Monday.
--More than 17,000 people die of Tuberculosis (TB) each year in Zambia translating into 47 deaths on a daily basis.
Copperbelt Minister Japhen Mwakalombe said during commemoration of the World TB Day at the weekend that it was unfortunate that despite the disease being preventive only a few cases were being reported. (Times of Zambia)
--Zambian President Edgar Lungu has urged the church to provide a pivotal role in helping uphold morality in the country.
