ADDIS ABABA, March 22 (Xinhua) -- The following are news highlights in Ethiopia's major media outlets on Thursday.

--The meeting of the Council of the Ethiopian People's Revolutionary Democratic Front (EPRDF), Ethiopia's ruling party, which began on Tuesday has entered its third day on Thursday.

During its meeting, the Council will review in detail reports of the Executive Committee, performances of each national party towards the implementation of the deep renewal program and deliberate on other useful documents. (Fana Broadcasting Corporate/FBC)

--Most of the residents of Moyale and environs who fled to Kenya from Ethiopia have returned their homes, Secretariat of the Command Post announced on Wednesday.

According to a press release the Command Post issued sent to ENA, the effort to bring back the inhabitants that went to Kenya misled by OLF has continued.

The anti-people and anti-peace terrorist group Oromo Liberation Front (OLF) is engaged in destabilizing the country being a messenger of forces that do not wish Ethiopia well, it added. (Ethiopian News Agency/ENA)

--Ethiopia's State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Aklilu Hailemichael, on Wednesday conferred with Mexico's Director General for Africa and Middle East, Ambassador Jorge Alvarez Feuntes.

Ambassador Jorge Alvarez Feuntes said his government is keen to enhance bilateral relations and further collaborate with Ethiopia in areas of trade, investment, agriculture and other areas of mutual interest. (Fana Broadcasting Corporate/FBC)

-- Israel has the desire to work with Ethiopia on space science technology and research, Ambassador Raphael Morav said.
