Malian PM arrives in Morocco for official visit

RABAT, March 8 (Xinhua) -- Malian Prime Minister Soumyelou Boubeye Maiga arrived on Thursday in Morocco for an official visit.

Upon his arrival at the airport, the Malian Prime Minister was welcomed by his Moroccan counterpart Saad Eddine El Othmani.

During his two-day visit, Maiga will discuss with Moroccan officials means to promote fruitful cooperation between the two countries in addition to issues of common interest such as security, fight against terrorism, climate change and illegal immigration.

On the occasion of this visit, the two countries are expected to ink several cooperation agreements in various areas. Enditem
