Four things to look out for on Spain's matchday 27

MADRID, March 2 (Xinhua) -- Matchday 27 could be the decisive weekend of the Liga Santander season as second place Atletico Madrid visit leaders FC Barcelona in the Camp Nou Stadium, but there is more than the title at stake in what should be an absorbing weekend. Here are some things to look out for over the coming days in LaLiga.
1. Can Barca keep cool against Atletico?
The 1-1 draw away to Las Palmas on Thursday means Barcelona's lead over Atletico Madrid at the top of the table has been cut to just five points ahead of Atletico's visit to the Camp Nou Stadium.
Barca struggled to break down a packed Las Palmas defense on Thursday and will now be up against a side that has conceded just 11 goals all season and with just one defeat all campaign.
A win for Barca would put them eight clear at the top of the table, while defeat would close the gap to just two points. It is a game that will require cool nerves, as well as skill. Which of the two sides will show that resolve?
2. Will 'on-fire' Griezmann light up the title race?
Antoine Griezmann has been under fire for much of the season after flirting with a move away from Atletico Madrid, but since the New Year the Frenchman has hit his best form, perhaps helped by the physical presence of Diego Costa alongside him in the Atletico attack.
He travels to the Camp Nou after a week which saw him score a hat-trick away to Sevilla and four goals at home to Leganes on Wednesday to take his league tally to 15 goals for the season.
If Griezmann adds to that tally on Sunday, he really could light up the title race; there is a big difference between being under fire to being on fire...
3. Distracted Real Madrid to help Getafe's European charge?
Real Madrid will be favorites when they entertain Getafe on Saturday afternoon, but Getafe will make the short trip to the Santiago Bernabeu with the hope of causing a surprise.
Madrid's defeat away to Espanyol saw them return to the indolence they have shown too often this season and it's obvious that next week's Champions League return leg in Paris is far more important to Real Madrid than the league game against Getafe.
Real Madrid's season and Zinedine Zidane's future at the club rest on them progressing in Europe and with Luka Modric, Tony Kroos and Marcelo all injured, it could be a very unfamiliar Madrid side we see on the pitch... one a rugged Getafe could take advantage of.
4. Deportivo-Eibar: last chance for Seedorf?
Clarence Seedorf's arrival as Deportivo la Coruna to replace Cristobal Parralo raised hopes among fans that he would be able to save the club from relegation, but so far nothing could be further than the truth.
Wednesday's 3-0 defeat to Getafe leaves Deportivo la Coruna with just 18 points from 26 games and without a goal since Florin Andone scored in the 45th minute of their 2-2 draw away to Levante on January 27th: 500 minutes ago!
The Deportivo fans who travelled to Getafe vented their anger by chanting for Seedorf to leave and that pressure will increase if they don't beat Eibar on Saturday. Of course in order to do that, first they have to score and that won't be easy against the tenacious Basque side. Enditem
