ABUJA, March 2 (Xinhua) -- Three aid workers were killed in an attack by suspected Boko Haram fighters in Nigeria's northeastern town of Rann late Thursday, the United Nations said on Friday.

A UN spokeswoman Samantha Newport said a fourth aid worker was feared killed and another likely abducted during the attack.

All the aid workers affected by the attack were Nigerian nationals, said Newport. Enditem
