HOUSTON, March 1 (Xinhua) -- Two children were injured after being shot in a drive-by shooting Thursday evening in Houston area, the U.S. state of Texas.

An eight-year-old boy is in critical condition after being shot in the head, while his five-year-old sister was shot on the leg.

According to Houston Police Department, the two wounded kids were hospitalized, and an investigation is now under way. Enditem
