MOSCOW, Feb. 28 (Xinhua) -- The International Olympic Committee (IOC) has restored the membership of the Russian Olympic Committee (ROC) following nearly three months of suspension, local media reported Wednesday, citing ROC head Alexander Zhukov. Enditem
