Road accident kills 6 in north China

SHIJIAZHUANG, Feb. 28 (Xinhua) -- A road accident killed six people, injured another 23 in north China's Hebei Province Tuesday, local government said.

According to the publicity department of Xingtai County, the accident occurred at 5:40 p.m. when a passenger coach collided with a truck on a provincial highway. Two people were killed instantly and four died in hospital.

Another 23 are receiving treatment.

Investigation into the cause of the accident is under way. Enditem
