9 killed in road crash in southwest Russia

MOSCOW, Feb. 27 (Xinhua) -- A minibus crashed into a truck on Tuesday in southwest Russia's Bashkiria region, killing nine people, local police said.

The bus was carrying 12 passengers when the accident happened.

An investigation into the cause of the tragedy has already begun at the site.

According to local reports, another three people were injured in the accident and they have been hospitalized. Enditem
