NAIROBI, Feb. 26 (Xinhua) -- The following are the news highlights in Kenyan media outlets on Monday.

-- Jubilee MPs are protesting what they term as high-handedness in the ruling party where the legislators have no say in matters in parliament, with crucial decisions made by top officials and they are made to rubber stamp.

MPs protested that every decision relating to their work was being made by the presidency including election of chairpersons for committees. They accused the party of muzzling the media, attacking the Judiciary, failing to respect the courts and curtailing democratic space. (Daily Nation)

-- Top ODM officials on Sunday told Kalonzo Musyoka, Raila Odinga's deputy in the National Super Alliance coalition, to take oath as deputy people's president or shut up. They said refusal to the take the oath would be seen as betrayal. (The Standard)
