SEOUL, Feb. 26 (Xinhua) -- Chinese President Xi Jinping's special envoy Liu Yandong here on Monday met with South Korean President Moon Jae-in, urging efforts to boost ties consistent with the original aspiration to establish bilateral diplomatic relations.
