Chicago agricultural futures higher in morning trade

CHICAGO, Feb. 23 (Xinhua) -- Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) agricultural commodities traded higher on Friday, as traders braced for a report from the U.S. Department of Agriculture on 2018/19 U.S. corn, soybean and wheat end stocks.
March corn was 0.75 cent higher at 3.665 U.S. dollars per bushel as of 1600 GMT, March wheat was 1.75 cents higher at 4.53 dollars, while March soybean was 1.75 cents higher at 10.36 dollars.
As for international market, the overnight weather forecast for Argentina is little changed from prior days with some light rain noted for the far western agricultural areas.
The main Argentine agricultural area will hold in an arid trend next week with hints of some rain in the 11-15 day period. Enditem
