PYEONGCHANG, Feb. 22 (Xinhua) -- China's Wu Dajing broke men's 500m short track speed skating world record in the quarterfinals of the PyeongChang Winter Olympic Games here on Thursday.

Wu clocked 39.8 seconds to better the pevious mark of American John Celski set in Calgary, Canada, in 2012. Enitem
